Afri Cird is committed to working with organisations to design programmes for services. By engaging in programme design prior to (or within) tendering processes, organisations are able to provide a framework to potential funders about exactly what the programme hopes to achieve, and how these outcomes will be measured.
Our programme design process is based on data understanding of how to best support areas with more complex needs, and we have been involved in a range of successful programme design processes with non-government organisations that have commenced at concept stage, right through to successful funding, implementation, and even review.
