In furtherance to staff efficiency and relationship development, AFRI-CIRD organized a Staff Team Building Dinner (STBD) for member staffs. The STBD which held at the prestigious Bristol Palace hotel, Kano, was chaired by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Centre – Mohammed Bello. In the welcome address by the CEO, the STBD was a way of appreciating the staff’s contribution in upliftment of the Centre, and furthermore to deepen mutual understanding amongst staffs in the Centre. While the STBD was the first one organized by the Centre, the CEO stressed that, the management intends to sustain the practice with a view of building a Centre that connects the staffs beyond work environment, while productivity is further maximized. Member staffs and associates who attended the dinner expressed utmost satisfaction and pledged to foster productivity and relationship management towards the Centers’ development.
